A Simple Question. How does 60 impact Health Proposals?

With no filli, how does this affect Obama's hand? Do we go gangbusters? Rahm has hinted that the gloves are coming off. Are we about to see them take the fight to the enemy?

1. First off I wouldn't count on 60 at any time. Kennedy and Byrd

may not be able to show up. I doubt you could ever count on Specter. And then there are the 8 or so blue doggies.
Therefore while FUX will push the shit out of the so-called filibuster proof majority, it is far from it.
And don't forget, Repugs pushed through a lot of crap with a less than filibuster proof majority. Of course, Dems never challenged them.
I hope Reid forces these clowns to filibuster.

4. They will adjust their excuses accordingly.

One thing we need to learn- there is always an excuse for giving conservatives what they demand.

The Franken thing is great for me b/c it wil make the excuses that much more transparent. It all has to start somewhere.

If anything, it will be clear to more voters that "we dont have votes" means "we agree with conservatives and disagree with the public."

The excuses will continue, but the great news is that excuses will be weaker and easier to expose.
