13. All we'd need is 60 liberal Senators and a liberal president. The extra 15 would be nice but
unnecessary. The 60 would simply pass liberal legislation and the president would sign it.

14. Hell- I've been told we needed all that just to get popular, mainstream stuff passed.
I was not even talking about "liberal legislation"- just mainstream stuff like meaningful public healthcare, for instance.
