Isn't one of the jobs of the Presidency to be a diplomat on the behalf of American Citizens?
Why then do we have a pResident who does not know that?

1. Actually the president is responsible for foreign policy which may use diplomacy
but is not limited to it. Karl von Clausewitz had something to say on that as well

2. bush has been advised to play to his strengths
So he fucks everything up. He has no leadership skills, no diplomatic skills. He is as Dick Gephardt said, a miserable failure.
