...about this unnamed "former official" that Mika is citing. She says this person claims Cheney's CIA program was "hardly a program", that it never got past the planning stage.

How does this "former official" know details about this non-program if it was so secretive?

Ran for 8 years and wasn't reported to Congress and was planned enough for the Director of the CIA to kill it and report it to Congress after denying it's existence.....

Sounds like it was a Program to me.

Me thinks Mika is confused about what a program is.....perhaps she should go back on her meds.

Perhaps Mika should quit and begin her new career on the Home Shopping Network selling sewing patterns, or costume jewelry, or faux designer fashions. I'm sure Faux News could find a spot for her on one of their shows, she'd fit in there pretty well.

It's really what she's best qualified for. Mika makes it more difficult for intelligent journalists and reporters to do their job, as she's the stereotypical "bubble-headed bleach blonde" mentioned in the song Dirty Laundry.
