7. I don't get it.

If this was all we had on Sarah Palin, this one picture, I wouldn't be disturbed at all. Politician signs baby's blouse while baby freaks out and mom and crowd grins?

Fortunately, Mrs. Palin keeps opening her mouth.

And the pictures of Putin kissing young boys on their stomach are hella more creepy than this picture ever thought about being.

ETA: Someone mentioned the turkey slaughter pictures upthread. That's what I would call the most disturbing pictures of Palin.

Babies can sense the energy are person puts off. If the kid was already upset, I wouldn't force them through it like SSarah is.

While the baby is obviously freaking out. Not one look of concern there. What Palin is doing is just being a politician.

26. Yes I am a parent. How do you know it's a tantrum since you seem to know all about it
It looks to me like a kid throwing herself backwards hard enough that the mother could easily lose her grip, so whether she does it as a tantrum or not it's something potentially dangerous to the child. But maybe you think that possibility is OK since it's only 'a tantrum' after all.

27. OMG, it isn't even that big of a deal. Why all the hatred? I've seen kids do that tons of times.
the kid looks cranky and mom had a grip on the kid. All is good.

44. Well you're welcome to laugh if you want to.
But that grip would break the baby's arm if the baby went flying to the ground. Have you ever had a kid do that while you're carrying it? I have and it throws you off balance and it can easily lead to an accident. And I don't hate about it. It's more like wondering why everyone thinks it's so funny when it isn't. Do you laugh every time a kid throws themselves backward like that? You find it funny?
