7. A GOP reaction if Franken had said that would have gone on for WEEKS
on all radio/TV stations, newspapers, blogs, emails, and probably Armed Forces Radio (By the way, is Rush still on Armed Forces Radio in violation of the Hatch Act?)

6. Agree. There does seem to be a strong whiff of jealousy to his
conduct, plus he might be so institutionally racist already that he can't be granted any redeeming value.

Certainly he is unqualified to question Judge Sotomayor.
