18. Graham is not dumb

he is kind of weird, but he is not dumb. Also (please no stone throwing), and in spite of the fact that I disagree with 99% of what he says or stands for, I don't think he is one of the really bad ones either. DeMint on the other hand.... down there in the 9th circle of horrid and stupid enators, keeping good company with Jefffy Sessions and the like.
