When I decide to commit a crime, remind me not to post it on MySpace. Also remind me not to terrorize little kids.

1. Good lord.
:eyes: My girlfriends brother has a nut case wife that sounds just like that woman. They're seperated now. But not until after she decided to leave the family on thanksgiving and then come back two days later snatch the kids from school, empty his bank account and move 3 states away without his knowledge.

Somehow he managed to find out where she was. Not sure how. They went to court and he got full custody but they still have to visit her once every two weeks I think.

Edit: The biggest kicker for me was he knew she was leaving on Thanksgiving. They had talked about it and to be spiteful she picked that day to leave. Deal was he got the kids. Next thing you know, the following monday they've been taken out of school and his bank account is empty.

5. If you ever commit a crime just say "mistakes were made"
works for people in government...

7. I don't know... part of me completely understands a mother
wanting so deparately to have custody of her child that she'd lose her mind and do something this stupid. I know I'd go nuts if I lost custody of my son (which will never happen since my ex was abusive and has immigration problems).

But, then the other part of me says, "What kind of mother would scare her child to death and put him in all that potential danger?"

8. And now she'll probably lose the other kid.
What's spooky to me is that a) a woman would think to put an ad like that on MySpace, b) that'd she actually carry it out, and c) that her page could happen to be seen by two people who thought, gee, what a swell idea -- and agreed to do it. I suppose, though, she might have convinced the "kidnappers" that they were saving the child from something awful. I'd like to see what she posted on MySpace.

11. And also don't pay for someone to kidnap your kid!
Save your money. Put the kid in any American public school. Trust the teachers. They'll make sure the kid gets lost or sold into slavery. And they'll do it for free.
