DAYTON, Ohio (AP) — Police in Dayton, Ohio, say a 2-year-old girl and 8-month-old boy were found crying inside a large trash bin, about 13 hours after their mother reported them missing. She told police her boyfriend fled with them after a fight.
Dayton police Chief Richard Biehl says the children were thirsty, hungry and dirty, but appear to be in remarkably good condition.

The children were found in a large plastic trash receptacle outside an electrical repair business. An employee arrived at work after picking up some supplies and thought he heard the sound of crying. He and another worker found the children after opening the lid of the trash receptacle.

The children have been taken to a hospital. They were reported missing Sunday night by their mother.

kidnapping, child endangerment and any other charge they can fling at the bastard.

And that mother needs a few lessons in boyfriend picking. Maybe she should join the damn convent and stop fucking around with sleazeball assholes for a few years.

Meanwhile, find "boyfriend" and charge him with kidnapping, child abandonment, child abuse, and depraved indifference, and torture.

and if they were in that situation.... emy is 10 and ashley is almost 4.... i think people who the children trust who do this crap ought to get it worse!! we have had thunderstorms around here the past few days, and my 4 year old will come and cling to me. She feels safe with me. The idea of a person who will betray that trust by hurting their children should really get the book thrown at them. I will admit I threaten those kids are gonna get it when they are driving me crazy, but i would NEVER hurt them. NEVER!! I am just glad those kids are alright. And I hope the mother had nothing to do with this. And I would hope that she gets some conseling on how she would end up with a guy who would do that to her kids. And I hope he she isn't one of those that would let the guy come back after doing that to her kids, either. if so, the kids should be taken away.
