Good article on Orly Taitz, founder of the "Birthers"

This woman is convinced that only people born in the United States of two parents who are BOTH American citizens can be defined as a "natural born" citizens. Using that logic, it actually does not matter where President Obama was born. He could NEVER qualify under Orly Taitz and the "birthers" interpretation of the Constitution.

After reading this article, you too will become convinced that this woman suffers from a serious mental disorder. She seems to suffer from some form of paranoia.

Oh, and she received her law degree on the internet. Apparently her computer wasn't working the day she was suppose to learn Constitutional Law.

I pray the Secret Service is watching her.

Basically, she has abandoned her original stance that the internet posted COLB is a fraud and has taken up Leo Donofrio's argument.

Donofrio's argument was throw out of the courts months ago.

Donofrio's argument became pretty bogus when he finally discovered the history of Chester Alan Artur whose father was not an American citizen when he was born. Donofrio went on to fabricate a history where Artur "deceived America" which is comnpletely bogus.

and would be considered a natural born citizen. The Constitution used British common law to define what a natural born citizen is.


Birthers are the most ignorant of the ignorant or too lazy to look up what the law is.

Taitz admits it gets hard sometimes. Her husband objects to all the time spent away from home, late-night phone calls and money spent flying across the country. Taitz wishes she could see her sons more. And she’s increasingly convinced her life is in danger, most likely because of personal attention from Obama. Two weeks ago, her husband’s car went to the shop with mechanical problems. Then her car had a fuel leak.

And then she got this blog comment: “Did you know that if you tried your citizens’ arrest bullshit and tried to forcibly remove the president, I and millions of others would shoot you on spot and burn your body for the world to see???????? YOU LITTLE FUCK.” After filing a report with the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, she traced the commenter’s IP address to Everett, Washington. Suddenly, everything clicked. “I’m wondering if it’s someone who knows Obama,” she says, “because his mother, Anne Dunham, used to study at the University of Seattle, Washington. This person is at Everett, Washington, which is very close to Seattle.”

She’s currently looking for volunteers to investigate the matter in Washington. And, if she needs to, Taitz will go there herself.

I fear for her children. Their mother is a nut job and that can't be a good thing.

On a side note,

The comment 'burn your body for the world to see' seems to be meant to support her.

'burn your body for the world to see' is from Revelation and speaks of a witness of God, putting that into her 'blog' would seem to be trying to add something to some people of beliefs view, possibly to try and give her some claim, or something like that.

So... ah... someone in Everett wrote something nasty on her blog... and Anne Dunham STUDIED at the Univ of Seattle! So therefore... this is someone that KNOWS President Obama!

If their case is so righteous based on the fact that both parents must be citizens, and no one will dispute that Obama's father was not a citizen, they should have an easy case without worrying about the birth certificate.
