"I'll have what Obama's having"
Went out with friends last night and when the waitress came to take our drink order, one of them said "I'll have what Obama's having". And the waitress brought him a Bud Light. Didn't even ask what he meant, she knew.

Later on, the waitress came by the table and asked if he wanted another Obama beer.

Tonight I was at a party at a bar and went up to get a drink at the bar and while I was standing there a lady came up and ordered an "Obama" and the guy handed her a Bud Light.

Two different places.

Thought that was pretty interesting.

Has the president started a trend?

2. Bud Light is pretty good, actually.
I remember it had the rainbow handle tap at a bar I go to during pride, so I tried it. Its actually a pretty nice sipping beer, good to to chill out without getting wasted.

They don't anymore. A Belgian company bought them out. I think Cindy owned a distributorship.

Trend, seems likely, but not with me. I don't like Bud it seems prone to give me a headache even with only 1. That's 1, not 1 six pack, nor 1 case.

more people pay attention to what beer our President drank at that hapless Happy Hour than know the details of the health care bill, but, you know, that's human nature.

That he drank a foreign-owned beer just tells me the guy doesn't know his brewskis.
