Arnie Duncan (unexpectedly, to me) seemed to get the most (un)love.

the use of Charter schools.. AND it pisses a lot of teachers off to continue down the road of failed testing strategies that don't promote education.. and take a lot of time to teach to a test.. and then reward pay based on child performance; even if you have students who will never be able to be able to reach that score due to a disability, then its too bad so sad. Also, there is a mandate of improvement every year. My mother and sister work at the same school. They are always an A, but they must improve every year. How do they continue to improve test scores past an A. Eventually, they will be down rated because they cannot improve on the A. Its a mess. Its disgusting. AND it doesn't teach children to use analytical or critical thinking skills... it teaches a choice of a, b, c, d.. so, they are quite unprepared for the real world where things are not black and white.

Duncan did not have the "Type 75" Administrative Certificate, required of Illinois public school administrators, yet he demanded appropriate certifications from every other professional employee of the Chicago Public Schools.

If you have a problem, take it up with the poeple who have a view opposite yours. All the OP did was express surprise and ask why the guy so many fuck yous.
