Birthers debunked by their own evidence
By GottaLaff

What an interesting find this is. My gorgeous British pal and fellow blogger/Tweeter has posted the above document with this explanation:
I recently found this image of Barack Obama's Indonesian school files on a comment posted by a "Birther" on the Houston Chronicle's website.

The commenter claimed that "Bangsa" means "Citizenship", I cannot confirm or deny that Bangsa does in fact mean Citizenship in Indonesian, however what the "Birthers" have failed to notice is that written on line 2 is the word, HONOLULU, followed by his date of birth.
Hoisted by their own birthtards.

2. haven't these people tried to claim that even if obama was born in hawaii
his mother moving to indonesia and marrying an indonesian apparently is some kind of relinquishment of us citizenship. so all you out there who have ever lived abroad as a child .... you parents apparently relinquished your citizenship for you. :sarcasm:

i have heard this as some kind of reason for obama to not be a citizen btw. they just can't comprehend the idea that we have a black president, i think. if he were white, then they'd piss and moan, but i don't think they'd be going to all this effort to try to pretend he isn't a citizen born in this country.

11. It's funny. You cannot lose your citizenship as a child.
You can only do so as an adult.

3. But of course the school was in on the conspiracy too!
It was all part of a coordinated, diabolical, decades-long plan to put a Muslim in the White House.

:sarcasm:

4. "tempat dan tanggal lahir" means "place of birth".
Idiots.

Bangsa means "Class" as far as I can tell, and "Warga negara" means Citizenship. He has dual citizenship, then. This document proves it.

7. Warga negara translated as a phrase
Edited on Sat Aug-01-09 08:10 AM by POAS
does indeed come back as "citizen" but individually they are:

Warga = residents

Negara = country

Given the context an alternative meaning could be "country of residence" or "residents of this country" which would come into play in calculating cost of enrollment in the school.

edited to add:

For Bangsa I get back "Nation".

10. Obviously, not an official document
Edited on Sat Aug-01-09 10:18 AM by demwing
Field #2 lists the "Tempat dan tanggal lahir" (Place and Date of Birth) as Honolulu.
Yet field #3B indicates "Keturunan Asing" (Foreign-Born, or literally, "Keturunan" = "Offspring" and "Asing" = "Foreign") as blank.

Clearly, this record is not the Rosetta Stone of Obama Birthology. It contradicts itself. :)

But wait till someone gets on the horn regarding line #4!!!

4. Agania (Religion) = Islam.

Hooo boy, this is gonna get fun, lol.

On Edit, following the birther "logic" when WILL the Birther Community release an official document that proves that Obama is Constitutionally unfit to serve as our President?

Why don't they just show the document? What are they hiding? This school record is incomplete?! It is self contradictory?! It obviously not a reflection of the official record! Blah BLah! Blabbity Bleep Blah Blah...!!!??1!

12. What the birthers are saying is that Line 2 means he was born in Hawaii,
but Line 3, Bangsa, means that he acquired Indonesian citizenship.

Whether this is true or not is immaterial, of course, because U.S. law does not allow a minor to give up his American citizenship.
