Weird: Drudge Pulled All of the Cash for Clunker Stories and Links from His Site
I go to Drudge to see where the latest RW meme will be coming from. It's kind of like knowing who farted before the stink hits you.

Anyway, yesterday and this morning, Drudge's latest jihad was over the Cash for Clunkers program. He had multiple links about how horrible the program was and how incompetent govt. was, etc. etc. etc. (Yeah, like Iraq under Bush was a model of efficiency.)

Now, I just went to his site, and ALL links to the story are gone. What gives? It's really weird.

Did he get orders from someone to pull all of the links?

4. Hell yeah ....
I actually think it misses the point: People need INCOME in order to purchase 'Big Ticket' items ....

They need RAISES, not handouts ....

Regular wage increments = consistent buying power = true 'stimulus' ....

3. People like the Cash for Clunkers program so it should be ignored or hidden now.

I didn't hear a lot of Republicans talking about how the GDP came in better then expected yesterday and economists are saying the Stimulus added 3% to the economy so the -1% would have been -4% without the Recovery Act. I didn't hear any Repubs talking about the GDP. Hmmm.

6. I was reading the comments about this story at HuffPo
All the right wingers kept harping on this meme of inefficiency over this program.
I knew there had to be some talking point source for this BS.

7. Do not worry
He will be back when some dealers that will complain they will not get the money that they should get because of paperwork errors or the program ran out of money and the continued to offer the deals anyway.
