Masuki Bance posted a video of Republican disrupters killing another Townhall

I really hope every DU'er goes and watches that video. And thanks to DU'er Masuki Bance for posting it.

As the loudmouth disrupters chant "just say no" you can see the annoyance and disgust as other residents get fed up.

Something must be done.

"Rep Doggett met with constituents outside a grocery store in south Austin regarding the health care bill. Apparently the event was mostly advertised in liberal leaning local publications. He did not bring a megaphone, so hearing what he had to say was difficult. When he started making the move to leave, the crowd erupted chanting "Just say no!" His worker got the car ready to shuttle him away but the crowd surrounded it and it took a while for him to get out of the parking lot. The whole time, the "Just say no!" chant continued. It probably won't matter - from his facial expression, body language, and what was heard to come out of his mouth, he's for the the health care bill in its present form and has no openness to change on that."

2. Next time these astroturfers show up, we should call 911 and report a riot
in progress and point out the morans as the instigators.

3. I say let them keep doing it.
It only makes them look like the loudmouthed idiots they are, and town hall meetings are already a pointless waste of time to begin with.

7. I say TAKE THEIR PICTURES.
Chances are the same people will cover an area. Get to know them. Serve them peanut butter.

8. That's a good idea. Hand out copies of the GOP instructions to the
Democrats who turn up, so they know what they might be in for, too.

Post the pictures on the web, with arrows pointing to the shitheads.

9. I just don't see why Dems can't show to voice their displeasure too. Must we have smiley faces and
say kick me?

10. Why would Dems show up to shout "just say no" at something we voted for?
Edited on Mon Aug-03-09 12:35 AM by quiet.american
We elected a Democratic president in part on a platform of healthcare reform. Why would we now show up to shout "just say no!" at representatives who are looking to implement that reform -- and shout a Republican-made credo at that!

It's clear these operatives in the video are Republicans following to the letter the memo they literally received. It's starting to remind me of that creepy recent documentary that was done on Jonestown.

I think it's time to start bringing incitement charges against the "genius" who thinks putting Representatives and Senators in harm's way is a nice way to turn a buck.

11. So your plan is to shout down congressmen and prevent discussion?
Because that's what the Republicans are sending out written instructions to do.
