Anyone in the White House not choosing between food and rent can "rein in" my "expectations"
On MSNBC's home page (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/): "Video: Obama’s top aides tout the latest economic numbers while being cautious to rein in public expectations."

FUCK that shit.

Anyone in the White House who isn't suffering, from President Obama on down, can call me at home or email me and tell me to rein in my motherfucking expectations.

And if they're not suffering, REIN IN THIS.

2. Sometimes ENOUGH is ENOUGH, right?
Spin control was a specialty of the Bush White House.

I want to see President Obama distance himself as much as possible from this bullshit, and as soon as possible.

Unless he wants "READ MY LIPS...NO NEW TAXES" to be the legacy he leaves to the middle class. In that case, follow that path.

I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt, but he needs to address the "Sunday Talk Show" bullshit that was spewed this weekend.

3. He's validating your situation
Rein in expectations that these numbers mean the recession is over, which you didn't need to be told. That's what that means. Not that you shouldn't have high expectations that the economy will improve, we're just not there yet.

6. So far, food is in direct proportion to my willingness to fight for it...
...but I know a lot of people who aren't willing to fight.

If I were to offer President Obama one piece of advice, it would be to keep his drones off of the Sunday talk shows.

As an intelligent adult, I know that's never going to happen.

So...ball is in President Obama's court. He either backs this shit up or he does not. No middle ground. And if he doesn't, there are some people in his administration who need to enjoy a cool, frosty mug of STFU.

10. I'll try to translate:
You shouldn't say "mission accomplished" while the troops are still getting blown up on foreign soil.

And you shouldn't say "the recession is over" when people are still losing their jobs and their homes in record numbers.

It comes across as disingenuous nonsense.

Did that help?

12. sure, did any of them say "recession over"
they didn't did they. The lack of comprehension is fucking amazing. They are reporting the first positive numbers we have seen since 2007. That all. And that's the reason for the warning regarding expectations.

Im not sure what you think is happening with the economy, but whatever it is, your wrong.

There's a time and place for the "Ignore" filter and this is it. Like I said, I don;t take the bait anymore...from anyone.
