Eric Kleefeld points to a new post from Rep. John Boehner (R-Ohio), cheering on disruptions of Democratic town halls. Embedded in that post is an interesting document: A July 31 memo from Boehner called “A Very Hot Summer,” encouraging Republicans to win the health care fight over the recess.

Our Democratic friends are going to feel the heat in August from the American people as a consequence of the massively flawed health care bill, and rightly so … We’ve also put “entrepreneurial insurgency” into action. As Politico reported yesterday, Republicans now outnumber Democrats by a 2-to-1 margin in the use of Twitter. Earlier this year, The Washington Times reported that Congressional Republicans are dominating our Democratic counterparts in the use of YouTube as a messaging tool.
