Should someone contact the Australian gentleman whose birth certificate was used as a template?

...it seems like this sort of thing should be brought to his attention, though I'm not exactly sure how. But if I knew MY Birth Certificate was being altered and forged halfway around the world, I'd want to know about it--I'd get my lawyer on it ASAP, along with a Cease and Desist Letter. What was done to his BC may be a felony.

Would it be a bad idea if one of our Aussie DU'ers gave him a ring?
