I think CSPIN should host the GOOP gymnastics. Every day these asshats find ways to turn up into down. Had this program not worked, you know they would be screaming now how much was squandered on a program people didn't use. Heads I win, tails you lose.

Of course the shitstains won't admit that the money spent into the cashback comes back in sales taxes...as well as much needed local and state taxes. Now if they could take cash for rushpublicans...i know a bunch that spew emissions that should be put through a compactor. :rofl:

3. This program should go back a bit further as there are lower income

$200,000 per household to be used for new cars, mortgage payments or existing debt.

Trickle-up is the only thing that works.
