Bolton said Il's agenda is to be rewarded for kidnapping Americans, saying Clinton is "legitimizing" DPRK. Fox is getting emails in condemning the women because the US govt is "paying" for them. Bolton agreed that getting the Americans out was a duty for the US govt, but the cost has to be considered.
