If so, I would pay the filing fee (but not your exorbitant hourly rate), provided you include in the petition to intervene the following quote from Orly Taitz, if it can be verified to your satisfaction.

"Any crazy person can write anything and file it.”

It seems to me that an intervention under either Fed. R. Civ. Pro. 24(a) or (b) could be argued based upon Batshit Crazy Taitz's complaint. Timeliness might be dicey, but that could be finessed, and even if a lack of timeliness was conceded, the quote from Batshit Crazy Taitz would be part of the record.

And I imagine a named plaintiff would be necessary, but I'm sure we could find someone for that.

2. Thanks. Unsure of what I did wrong, but I think it is fixed now.
If not, I always find that thread by googling: "taitz any crazy person".

3. That worked - These crazies need to be shut down and Orly is one of the leaders
What I want to see are HER naturalization papers and those of her husband. They both were not born in this country and it has been alleged that she does not have papers.

4. No intervention is necessary
The California State Bar has the complaint and will investigate and process the case to disbar Taitz in due course. I am not a member of the Calif. bar but these things move slowly normally. I am not sure how one would intervene in this case. If this was possible, I think that it would be best to use a member of the California bar association.
