that, until Obama took office, they were more than happy to be following a leader, named George, who acted like he was king, and was "sent to us by God" (as most kings usually are considered ...)

2. IIRC ... they were cheering the idea of

tasing and deporting protestors ... even if they were "natural born citizens" with copies of their birth certificates with Rush Limbaugh's personal stamp of approval ...

were nowhere to be found when the Patriot Act was being ramrodded through congress...I know a lot of them try to say they were against it all along, and not when it became trendy, but I know the truth (I worked with a lot of so-called libertarians at the time and wish I tape-recorded some of the things they could defend with a straight face)...
