1. nah.. the buy back is worth up to 4500.. some are only 3500. The total number
of car turn ins won't be known until the last transaction takes place and the money runs dry.. I suppose it might last 2 or 3 weeks this time.. of course people understand now that the first round only lasted 1 week.. they will be rushing to get their cars to make sure they get in before the money is gone again.
