Omaha Mayor Jim Suttle says 100 civilian employees will lose their jobs to help save $12 million from the city's 2009 budget.

Suttle also said at a press conference this morning that a police recruit class will be delayed and police will stop using their helicopter this year.

In addition, Suttle said he has decided to exclude nonprofit organizations from his entertainment tax plan for the 2010 budget.
