budget simultaneously:

Put a honkin' big tax on cable.




Sure, I'll have to give up my Daily Show and Law&Order 24/7, but then all those people who sit at home all day watching Fox and the like won't be getting continuously riled up by a steady stream of lies.

Those with exceptionally low IQs and those who are exceptionally wealthy; in otherwords, most Republicans.
