Palin accused of attempted bribery!
Former Alaska governor Sarah Palin, who left office in disgrace July 26th under a cloud of ethics charges, is now being accused of a federal claim of attemped bribery. See federal claim (PDF 52 kb)

http://alaskareport.com/news39/x71288_palin_bribery.htm (you can open copy of the complaint at link)

Gee, maybe her little Personnel Board won't be able to get her out of this one?
THE FEDS! Finally. Yes, she is still a thorn in my side (as is ANY Dominionist Theocrat who threatens to infiltrate and destroy our Democratic Republic).

2. The feds are not filing charges against her
It's two private citizens filing in federal court. Big difference.

I can't stand that woman and abhor everything she stands for and I wish like anything it was actually the Federal Gov't charging her with something but it's not.

4. Two private citizens who clearly know nothing of the law.
I'm with you - this is a nuisance suit that anyone seriously interested in seeing her vanish wouldn't touch with a 10' pole.

8. Let's wait and see
As a follower of the Birthers I know that just because someone files something in federal court doesn't mean squat except that the defendant has to answer. At least this appears to have been written by a lawyer as compared with the fetid tripe Orly Taitz has submitted.

9. Federal claim of attempted bribery is what was added -
from Alaska Report…….

“2.Plaintiffs wish to add a very serious federal claim of attempted bribery and other violations of similar federal and state statutes under supplemental jurisdiction….

….offering state funds and support of legislation to third parties in exchange for them convincing Plaintiffs to drop this lawsuit in federal or state court.”

10. Yes!
This is why we need to hound her all the way down to jail or obsolescence.
