Seems the lying bastards want to misrepresent the progress and/or need for furter rehab care - and they want to make families feel guilty for making long term living arrangements in assisted living centers before those paid rehab days are all used up.
People who are involved in facilitating or perpetrating medical fraud should be prohibited from ever again working in the medical profession.
