Blue Dog vs. Repug vs. Liberal should we settle for winnable?

Blue Dogs almost always are from somewhat conservative districts. In order for them to win an election, they choose to tack right and stay there vs. a true Liberal.

IMO a Liberal would lose vs. a Repub in many Blue Dog districts.

We are pretty tough on the Dogs here.

Not that this is an easy choice, but do we really want to run Liberal/Progressives in a election against a Republican knowing the odds are much longer for a Liberal to win than a sometimes not so true Blue?

1. Yes. We have a 50+ majority in the House.

I'm not worried about losing a few seats. I'd rather run a real Democrat and lose than run a Republican against a Republican and allegedly "win." If a Republican is the only choice the people have, the Republican is going to win every time.
