This is like a Bad Acid Trip.

These last few weeks. This Fascist takeover of the media spotlight, birthers, mandatory euthanasia and the paid corporate puppets sent to disrupt town hall meetings. I don't know about you, but I really need to get away from cable news and DU for a while. I'm fifty years old and I have never witnessed this kind of insanity before in my lifetime. Their hate is palpable and this is not going to end well for our country.

to manipulate the country using small planted groups of 'actors' or what's the phrase,agent provocateur? There are orchestrated, planned, thought out attempts to intimidate and bully. If we all got off the PC and went to one of these things, like I am tomorrow in Mt. Vernon Washington,to make sure there are more of us than them, they will go back under the rock they crawled out from..........

Just step back and relax for a moment.

This is my first time back to DU in 6 months and it is already driving me crazy. When I was just following the news myself, I was optimistic about the health care bill, but now I am freaking about these RW protests which I didn't give a second thought to before.

9. Let me show you a few glimpses of the future...

1. HealthCare is going to pass, with the Public Option
2. The Freepers will continue to be the party of "No", and look even MORE foolish opposing Obama on everything.
3. The economy has hit bottom, no place to go but UP, albeit slowly... Obama will be seen as having saved the country just in time for the mid-term elections in 2010.
4. GOP will get crushed again in the 2010 elections +10 House Seats +3 Senate
5. Joe Scarborough's head explodes live on TV
