Update: Secret Service detain owner of truck seized @ Obama town hall

Man Charged With Trying To Enter School Before Obama Event
Police Say Man Tried To Enter Secured Building

PORTSMOUTH, N.H. -- A Hampton, N.H., man was charged with trespassing after attempting to get into Portsmouth High School before President Barack Obama spoke at a health care town hall Tuesday, police said.

Richard Young, 62, was detained by Secret Service personnel after he attempted to get into the high school, police said. The high school had been secured at the time in advance of the president's visit.

Police said he was also in possession of a folding pocketknife. Police said he could face more serious federal charges.

Young's pickup truck was also seized as evidence after it was swept by Secret Service agents. Police said they couldn't comment on whether anything was found inside the truck.

5. The perp is from Hampton NH, just down the road from Seabrook
Edited on Tue Aug-11-09 04:59 PM by formercia
It was decided to build a nuclear reactor there because there had been so much inbreeding among the local population that it was felt that, due to the already high incidence of birth defects, that it would be impossible to prove they were caused by radiation exposure.

This was told to me by another CIA Officer who grew up in Seabrook.

7. Great way to discredit the cause, dipshit.
Bwahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!! They aren't even listening to their handlers anymore.

Imagine how pissed these nutjobs are going to be when they find out they've been punked by corporations and MSM talking heads. The tools on Faux are going to be demanding Secret Service protection - from the monster they helped create.

The folding pocketknife, not so much.

31. He may have been experimenting with destructive devices.
One of them might have left traces in his truck.

One of my bags was searched on a flight because traces were found on the outside.

I had taken it to the range a couple of times and it was just trace residue from target practice.

It doesn't take much.

22. A brick mason had a folding pocketknife in his pocket?? Oh, the horror!!
He must have been a HUGE Obama fan if he needed to get in so desperately that he tried to break in before the show.

It's plain to see from the photo that this guy has been sniffing too much mortar mix.

Here was an earlier thread. So, looks like the guy will have some explaining to do.
