A few questions going round in my head
So far we have the issue of global warming to somehow over come .

Then there is the issue of some sort of national or at least affordable health insurance and whether this will work and become a reality .

Then there is the stem cell research being debated once again . Without health care stem cell research means nothing to the poor or poverty stricken .

When I attempt to put just these three issues into some sort or working realistic perspective I become lost .

All will take many years to develope and perfect so I know my reality is I won;t be here to see the results of any of them . This is all for future generations of the children who are now still children which is fine and should be done .

Then there is the always pressing issue of never ending war and China verses the US or some other related and possibly pending war issue all related to economy's and power , who owns whom and so on .

Oil is still the big push as far as energy as we well know .

There is the issue of GM crops and their unknown effects .

As with the atom bomb and nuclear energy there is a down side as far as how new technology is used , this brings stem cell research back to mind , what will the down side of this become if used the wrong way ?

If money is no longer backed and low income and no middle class is what we face now , then where will the tax money come from to generate the funding needed to pay not only the enormous debt this Iraq war has created but for all the new technology .

I do wonder if there are what become bio-fuels which are said to create new jobs , what sort of jobs will these be , jobs americans don't want to do or jobs that are low pay poverty jobs that americans will be forced to take and will they also become the next generation of jobs to be mixed into this new global economy or outsourced .

I just try to maintain some sort of perspective even though I will not live long enough to see these changes and if these even though they are great ideas now will just be another set of ideals that somehow fail due to greed or lies .
