The ones here in Arizona that attended Congresswoman Gifford's event in Douglas (you know, where the handgun fell on the floor) were, by and large, holding the Obama is a Nazi or Obama / joker signs. And they were all teabaggers because they were right behind me in line and I could overhear them talking about organizing the next Teabagger event (9/12 apparently).

They even referred to themselves as Tea Party people. And they occasionally shouted out things like "WE CAN'T HEAR" and "OBAMA ISN'T AMERICAN" and "HAVE YOU READ THE BILL" and similar stuff, almost at random. Giffords was very smart in that she held her even as a series of one on ones (everybody got 2 or 3 minutes with her individually). Her staff had lined up a bunch of folding chairs and the folks waiting to see her moved every so often, one or two chairs at a time, up the line. That's probably why the gun fell on the floor... it was a long line... so a *lot* of moving up one chair at a time.

But the teabaggers were there in force... out of maybe 80 people, they accounted for half. And they were all disrespectful racist little shits. To a person.
