I hope this numbnuts gets some jail time or at least the Secret Service scaring the crap out of him.

On edit - second thoughts. I doubt it. Maryland has restrictive gun laws. If he is open carrying and he doesn't have a permit he is in even deeper doodoo.

Maryland is not a traditional open carry state. However, should you be wealthy or connected enough to get one of the rare Maryland carry permits, Maryland law makes no distinction between open and concealed carry. But this would almost certainly result in the loss of the permit. We consider Maryland to be one of the top 5 rights restricted states in the union.

Maryland laws are fairly restrictive on carrying guns. If he has a permit I hope Maryland authorities pull it. Be a big Ha Ha on him.

Historical note: LBJ succeeded to the presidency upon the assassination of John Kennedy. He announced he would not run after Gene McCarthy mobilized antiwar in Vietnam sentiments in a primary campaign that was derailed when Robert Kennedy opportunistically jumped into the ring once the sitting prexy had renounced. The rest is history, and ours.

I am glad these nuts are out showing themselves. I hope we can get a chip in a few of these terrorists to keep track of their movements and to find out who they are hanging around with.

Article I posted from Hagerstown paper I posted in the LBN thread said local police detained him till Secret Service could interview him. The way I read it was they let him go after the interview though it said Secret Service continues to investigate. At the least I'd bet he ends up in their files and perhaps filed at some threat level.
