America, We Dare You!

Go ahead! Put the Republicans back in charge. If you liked the way we were going under Bush and Cheney, go ahead and put their supporters back in charge. If you think that all we need to do to cure our ills as a nation is to cut taxes for those at the top, get out there and scream with your comrades and let's put those Republicans back in charge of government.

If you believe that Barack Obama and the Democrats are mostly responsible for the shape our nation is in right now, for God's sake, vote Republican. If you are afraid of your government and you have more faith in Big Business and insurance companies, pull that Republican lever. Let's put the ideas of Ronald Reagan back in control.

If you believe that this country would have survived the last eight months under a Republican President and Republican policy, keep screaming and yelling and stay angry. You might get lucky and "win" the next election. Then you can save our economy, our jobs, and our insurance companies. If you can honestly look in the mirror and truly believe the Republican Party can do a better job, for goodness sakes, vote Republican.

But, in the end, the screams will die in the darkness. The lies will disappear in quietness and solitude. The truth will endure and be victorious. The American people, in the end, will hang together or we will most assuredly, hang separately.
