Freddie & Fannie Med?.........

Did I just hear correctly that Dick Armey called the so-called "co-op" Freddie & Fannie Med? And is he already casting negativity on the 'co-op' idea after it looks like the Dems and the President are caving on the 'public option'? Are they already beginning to mount a campaign to even kill that compromise?

Tell me that is not what I just heard on MTP.

The only reason not to have a strong public option is to protect business over the citizens.

And citizens know that, so people that want to help Insurance industry are spinning to change public minds.

As far as I am concerned, if there is not a strong public option it is a betrayal of the American people,the voters. And worse it is done for those guys that are 1% of the population and make 50% of the income in the USA. That's going to upset quite a few people if that happened.

For that reason it is hard to think they would be that dumb, they would literally be telling America the 1% is more important then 70%.
