Mexxed Missages...?

It's difficult to defend a position when you don't know what it is. We have had at least a dozen different messages from this White House, the Senate, and the House on what type of healthcare reform we are going to have. Why cannot they agree as a Party on 3 or 4 specifics and stay on the same message? Do they want to cover the 47 million without coverage? Do they want more competition in the present system? Do they want a public option to help keep the insurance companies honest? Do they want lower prices? Do they want to repeal the Bush taxcuts to pay for it? Why can't they agree on a few basic principles? Why is everyone on TV giving the people different messages?

Nerve is what is needed to end this farce of a fight. Progressives might consider giving the health care matter the same kind of shove Obama got to get elected. Force the politicking panderers and other posers to put universal coverage back on the table, no more compromises or back pedaling.
