Instead of targeting the Senators and congressman, should we also be targeting the health care companies themselves? How effective would we be if we went after the insurance companies like they have gone after our elected officials?
I can't help but feel angry at everything that is happening with this health care debate.

Most people have little choice about which companies will insure them. Congresscritters are more vulnerable to the threat of voting, and they have to pretend (at least) to listen.
