What should the name for Shrubeenis administration be?

A disaster like that should have a name or slogan that gives an instant recognition for what was done during Bushco.
Certainly the words New Deal invoke a picture of a country in hurt with a leader who cared.
'Fair Deal' invokes a time when the middle class had some say.
So what do we call the disaster on so many fronts known the Bushco gave us. A couple words that evoke the lies, the pain, the theft, the illegalities etc?
I may try a couple, but I doubt I can get the whole package:
"Worst disaster of the 21st century"
"Worst administration ever"
"worst deal" (why am I hung up on the word 'worst'?)
"the new fascism"

Like British documents after the restoration of the monarchy: it was illegitimate, so it didn't officially exist.

Yes, the problems it caused exist; but it should not be recognized as being an administration.
