Is the present health care system Segregationism

(If that's even a word) But it seems to me that the vast difference in coverage, the ability to pay for coverage (poor vs well off or rich) , denial of coverage due to age or pre-existing conditions, and the over all lack of accessibility of health care period, is simply no different than segregation of African Americans before the sixties.(In similarity anyways, there is no shame greater than that form of segregation we saw against African Americans) Seems to me that it is purely and categorically segregation of society based on wealth, age, race, and even family medical history.
