Wish me luck; I audition for "Millionaire" on Friday.
This is how desperate I've gotten. I'm hoping to be on a game show to get out of foreclosure.

7. Very good.
My niece was on it a couple of years ago. It was several months between audition and going to NY for the taping, and then an even longer time before her show was aired, during which she was not allowed to tell anyone how much she'd won. And the check didn't arrive until a couple of weeks after the show aired.

So even if you go all the way this isn't a quick route to riches.

14. Seriously, if you need a phone a friend answer...
I routinely beat Ben Stein on Win Ben Steins Money. And I can answer almost all trivia questions for Millionaire (contestants bail before I don't know the answer). The only guy to ever beat me was that IRS guy that didn't even need a lifeline and went all the way. He had two answers that I didn't know / guessed wrong on.

I'll be your "phone a friend" for 1% of whatever you win. But only if I get my question correct and tell you for sure it's correct.

Serious. I need the money too.

Oh, I'm in Mensa... and my measured IQ is over 160... but I won't tell you how far over.
