1. 43% total of Repubs, Dems, and Ind's watch cable daily.
Not too bad considering only about 50% of the population even bother to vote.

5. Why have a poll? The highest rated...
cable nooz program is O'Rielly, and he never gets half the viewership of SpongeBob, much less wrestling or MadMen. Or the three network news shows. And, proportionately, local news blows him completely out of the water.

O'Rielly might get a million asnd a half viewers, and that's adding up the two showings each night, but against 18 million and up for American Idol?

I am convinced the only people who watch cable news are masochists or crabs looking for something to complain about.

('cept those who watch newsbabes 'cause they're hawt. Or Anderson Cooper 'cause he's hawt enough make me think about things I shouldn't.)
