Spotted a bumper sticker I didn't 'get': "Atlas is shrugging"
Edited on Tue Aug-18-09 03:25 PM by Liberal_in_LA
Saw this bumper sticker today. It was an Obama sticker (I assume) because it had the Obama campaign logo on either side of the words "Alas is shrugging'.

And, yes, I read the book 'Atlas Shrugged'.

2. The assholes on the right think American corporations are "John Galt-ing".... but evidence shows
...otherwise.

Economic activity is picking up, and things are beginning to turn around.

Go for it big corp, no bailout for you!

Even if it does cause another great depression.

The belief is now that we have given in the big banks truly do own us now.

Would flushing of Wall street and starting from scratch been that bad an idea?

My belief is that anything that is "too big to fail" should be considered a monopoly economically under anti trust laws and broken up into smaller corporations.

Any ideas what line of crap that came from?

13. I saw that in my Cat's sandbox when I was cleaning it last week.
She's the culprit. I just changed her food and she's mad at me.

Put back on her regular food, and she'll make you rich with her TeeVee contract.
