I suppose it could refer to the debt accrued 30 years prior to January 19, 2009. That would be formidable and...yes...it would be "under Obama" at noon on January 20, 2009, but that doesn't give credit to 20 years of GOP White House and the huge debts accrued under Reagan, Bush the Elected, and Bush the Unelected...

I carry around a sharpie permanent marker in my bag.

The last one I nailed was this old geep who drove this huge land boat which had this sticker on it. "Bush/Cheney - saving your ass whether you want them to or not." I used my pen and changed it to "Bush/Cheney - raping your ass whether you want them to or not."

The best part was the fact that he drove the car around for another 6 weeks until he noticed and scraped it off.

How about this? Cross out years and replace with Nazi's.
