using reconciliation to pass health care reform.. Both times Bush wanted a tax cut passed the republicans USED reconciliation to get it passed.. I mean the republicans never had 60 votes .. so that is how they got around it to get them passed .... BTW WHY have I heard no democrats point that out???

At this stage in the game President Obama has given the repugs plenty of opportunity to participate. It's over....It's time for the Dems to man up and get the work of the people done. Play time is over.
