birthers taken to task in right-wing rag san diego ANTI-union tribune

Re: Letters (Aug. 7): I never thought The San Diego Union-Tribune would sink to the level of printing letters from such stupid people.

Obama wasn't born in the U.S.? One person wrote that a certificate of live birth isn't the same as a birth certificate. It is, though there is another form for the stillborn. Recent events suggest Obama was born live.

Of course Obama is an American, in the same way Thomas Jefferson was. Obama, like Jefferson, is smart, well educated and speaks another language. These traits are increasingly rare nowadays, which explains why the birthers fail to understand how an American can be unlike them.

That site takes for-freaking-ever to load all the ads, and even when they do publish something that makes some sense, it is usually just to fuel the incredibly ignorant comments.

Like this one: The more you say how "stupid" something is the more I believe it to be true.... This Government and the leftest in power cannot be trusted to tell the Truth about ANYTHING!
