7. Wish they'd look into the top brass instead of just what went beyond...
...those rigged approvals.

8. Ahh... Isikoff.
Smug putz. He was all over the Clinton/Lewinsky story like a cheap blue dress. Funny enough, though - all that dogged, razzle-dazzle investigative reporter activity he went at like yellowjackets to picnic food just dried up sooooooo mysteriously when bush "took" office. Hardly heard a peep out of him for YEARS, and yet again today with the Tom Ridge stuff, there were PLENTY of juicy scandals generated by the bushies. Isikoff basically slept in most of that time. And phoned in whatever he couldn't avoid.

14. So True...remember he had "possession" of the blue dress for a year or more...
He was Linda Tripp's buddy...she was his mole. He's disgusting. I worry about anything that comes out of his mouth after that. He is always suspect in my mind. Who does he work for? CIA like Woodward?

12. He was basically all over the fact that these actions went beyond the approved
actions by the justice department and by the wh. There is SO MUCH MORE to talk about, including disbarment and prosecution of those who authorized torture, but they are lining up underlings to take the fall again.

I want to know why half the report is redacted. Is it to paint a picture that is convenient politically?

13. It's going nowhere
The people who actually care about this have already imagined we did much worse than what's being reported here.
And the American Public, with so much shit flying around, doesn't want the Obama administration, which is losing fans by the day, going after the Bush administration.

15. Probably what you say is correct. Still...we must have hope
because eventually...maybe after we are long gone...the real truth will one day set those after us FREE..
