President Hannity? Talker drops hint
Oh fer fuck's sake.

Talk-show host Sean Hannity, a vocal opponent of Barack Obama's policies, said today he would not rule out a bid for the presidency in 2012.

Egged on by radio colleague Bill Cunningham, Hannity said he would consider entering the front lines of the political fray if God directs him.

"I've never made a decision in my life without – whatever destiny God has you've got to fulfill it," he said. "I'm not sure that's my destiny."

14. And Palin would manage to double-cross him just as she has double-crossed
anyone else who was unfortunate enough ever to believe in her. If one associates with scorpions, one should expect to get stung. Many former associates of "Sarah Barracuda" did get stung. In Hannity's case, the fate would be a well-deserved one.

3. Bring it on, Sean.
I can't believe how the egos of these ignorant talking heads get so inflated that they actually think "God" wants them to run for President. If there is a god, I think he/she/it could find somebody better than that clown.

4. Hannity is fucking nuts. This only confirms it.
"I've never made a decision in my life without – whatever destiny God has you've got to fulfill it," he said. "I'm not sure that's my destiny."

The mantra of so many mindless sheep. Horrified of relying on their own thought processes to make a decision.

GOP dream ticket: Sean Hannity and Sarah Palin.

He'd be even better than Sarah Palin. The perfect wedge to put in the gulf between the batshit insane, anti-intellectual wing of the party, and the plain old greedy wing. Please run.

I'm afraid there's zero chance that he'd actually do this, however. He'd have to give up his lucrative network propagandist position. Even if he thought he was just was the country needed, there's no way he'd put that ahead of his bank account.

What, was Rock Hudson some sort of personal nemesis to you? Unless TeenageBamBam is the personal DU user name of Tony Randall, I think you might be fluffing yourself a bit here.

Meanwhile, back to the subject at hand, I commend you for your candor in acknowledging that you're basically blowing steam out your ass.

35. Wow
Do you meticulously parse everyone's posts, or just mine?

So, to be clear: I have no proof that Sean Hannity is gay, but for several years have heard rumor and innuendo of the sort that spontaneously erupts at dinner parties (for example - Guest A: "I have a friend who says he had sex with hypocritical blowhard Sean Hannity at the Y!" Guest B: "No! Tell me more!")

Similarly, I did for many years hear rumor and innuendo about American actor Rock Hudson's sexuality - rumors which were completely unfounded but did, in fact, turn out to be true all along.

If you're concerned that I may be besmirching gay people, I assure you I've been misunderstood. I'm trying only to besmirch hypocrites, Republicans, and Sean Hannity.

I have, in fact, enjoyed being a gay person for the past couple of decades, and far from considering Mr. Hudson a nemesis, he was probably my first celebrity crush (though it might have been William Shatner, I can't quite remember).

Another idiot to stand in front of the camera, like Reagan or Chimpy. Dumber than shit. Would say lots of stupid shit and Freepers would defend him for it.

39. Yeah. But not college.
According to Wiki:

"Hannity graduated in 1980 from St. Pius X Preparatory Seminary high school, located in Uniondale, New York. Hannity dropped out of New York University and Adelphi University."

But I really enjoyed this part:

"Hannity hosted his first talk radio show in 1989 at the volunteer college station at UC Santa Barbara, KCSB-FM, while working as a general contractor. The show aired for 40 hours of air time;<5> Regarding his first show, Hannity has said, "I wasn't good at it. I was terrible."<6> Hannity's weekly show on KCSB was canceled after less than a year by station managers upset with his remarks about gays and lesbians. This was after two shows featuring the book The AIDS Coverup: The Real and Alarming Facts about AIDS by Gene Antonio; among other remarks, Hannity told a lesbian caller "I feel sorry for your child".<7> The station later reversed its decision to dismiss Hannity due in part to a campaign conducted by the Santa Barbara Chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union. Hannity decided against returning to KCSB."

That evil ACLU!!
