4. Pixilated was also used for drunk, but actually means mentally unbalanced,
or possessed by Pixies. Of course in this digital age Pixelated can be confused with pixilated.

It was a ball of laughs. Social event of the week.

The pulp inside the tooth had calcified.

The dentist was unable to remove it all, it was as hard and dense as rock. They ended up just leaving it there and capping it off. Tooth is ugly on the inside, all prettified on the outside, presentable to the public.

At the time, while my mind wandered during the process of trying to dig out something that didn't want to budge, I was clearly impressed with the parallels to the Republican Party. Stiff, unyielding, transformed into denseness, and inane enough to just need ignoring and capping.

I go for "Calcified Pulp". But that's just me :)

Ossified is living, growing, organic matter...bone
calcified is like dead coral, concrete, non living, non organic.

But you know, it's not about what is better or more clever, it's what strikes you/me on a personal level. My root canal, I owned the experience, I drew the parallel, my reaction to the event. Hence the last line of my post..
