What percent of the states population support the public option, or single pay option?

Not good for Baucus - they're PISSED as hell. Only the Montana Republicans approved of Baucus.

...Collins was just re-elected, and Snowe's got the safest seat in the Senate.

Besides, you can predict their votes in advance: Snowe: Yes on cloture, no on the conference report; Collins, No on cloture, no on the conference report.

4. Snowe voting for cloture is huge, with teddy out it could be the 60th
as long as blue dogs don't support the filibuster

...Specter flipped: legitimate policy disagreements are one thing, but brain-dead partisan obstructionism is bad for the country -- and for the party.

I'd be shocked if she voted against cloture, and I wouldn't be shocked if she voted for the final conference report -- surprised, but not shocked.
