Explain Portability for me. If a person has policy which company
participate in, and it is a cadillac policy. Those worth l7k to 20K
annually and you are forced to change jobs. How can this be
portable if the next job does not even offer policies of this type?

The GOP keep saying they want portablity. If the next job
does not offer this level of benefits, then it appears you
pay thousands to make up the difference?
What good is this.

This portablity has me baffled as to why this is such a great
measure to them??? I may completely misunderstand.

Also it sounds as if you will buy your own insurance and carry
it job to job. No more company particpation?????

I wish someone would ask them what they mean?

That piece of buying across state lines looks like a red herring.

Someone should make them explain . Are these just something
to make them look like they have a plan but would never work.

If so, they should be called out on this.
